General Questions
The Barangay Baligatan Incident Reporting System is a digital platform that allows residents to report incidents, track emergency situations, and stay informed about community safety. It streamlines the process of reporting and managing incidents within the barangay, ensuring faster response times and better coordination with barangay officials.
The system is available to all residents of Barangay Baligatan, Ilagan City, Isabela. Visitors can view public information such as announcements and hotlines, but reporting incidents requires creating an account. Barangay officials and administrators have additional access for managing reports and updating incident statuses.
Yes, the Barangay Baligatan Incident Reporting System is completely free for all residents. There are no charges for reporting incidents, creating an account, or accessing any of the barangay's services through this platform.
You can report various types of incidents including:
Log in to your account (or register if you don't have one)
Click on the "Report Incident" button on the homepage
Fill out the incident form with details including title, description, location, and urgency level
Upload supporting images if available (optional)
Submit the report
You will receive a tracking ID to monitor the status of your report.
Required information includes:
Title - A brief summary of the incident
Description - Detailed information about what happened
Location - Where the incident occurred
Date and Time - When the incident happened
Urgency Level - Critical, High, Medium, or Low
Category - Type of incident
Providing photos or videos is optional but highly recommended.
While we encourage users to create an account for better tracking and communication, you can report incidents without logging in. However, anonymous reports cannot be updated or tracked for status changes. For emergency situations requiring immediate attention, please call our emergency hotlines directly.
After submitting a report, you will receive a unique tracking ID. You can use this ID on the "Track Incident" page to check the status of your report. If you're logged in, you can also view all your reports in your dashboard under "My Incidents."
Once you submit a report:
The incident is reviewed by barangay officials
Based on urgency, it is assigned to appropriate personnel
You will receive notifications about status updates
Officials may contact you for additional information
Once resolved, the incident is marked as "Resolved"
Critical emergencies are prioritized and responded to immediately.

To create an account:
Click on the "Register" or "Sign Up" button on the homepage
Fill in your personal information (name, email, contact number)
Create a username and password
Verify your email address
Complete your profile information
Once registered, you can start reporting incidents and accessing barangay services.
To reset your password:
Click on "Login" and then "Forgot Password"
Enter your registered email address
Check your email for a password reset link
Click the link and create a new password
Log in with your new password
If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact barangay support.
Yes, once logged in, go to your Dashboard and click on "Profile Settings." You can update your personal information, contact details, profile picture, and change your password. Always keep your information up to date for better communication.
Absolutely. We take data privacy seriously. Your personal information is encrypted and protected according to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We only share your information with authorized barangay personnel when necessary for incident resolution.
