Barangay officials and administrators have additional access for managing reports and updating incident statuses.

Yes, the Barangay Baligatan Incident Reporting System is completely free for all residents. There are no charges for reporting incidents, creating an account, or accessing any of the barangay's services through this platform.

Reporting Incidents

To report an incident:

  5. Submit the report
You will receive a tracking ID to monitor the status of your report.

Required information includes:
  • Title - A brief summary of the incident
  • Description - Detailed information about what happened
  • Location - Where the incident occurred
  • Date and Time - When the incident happened
  • Urgency Level - Critical, High, Medium, or Low
  • Category - Type of incident
Providing photos or videos is optional but highly recommended.

While we encourage users to create an account for better tracking and communication, you can report incidents without logging in. However, anonymous reports cannot be updated or tracked for status changes. For emergency situations requiring immediate attention, please call our emergency hotlines directly.

After submitting a report, you will receive a unique tracking ID. You can use this ID on the "Track Incident" page to check the status of your report. If you're logged in, you can also view all your reports in your dashboard under "My Incidents."

Once you submit a report:
  1. The incident is reviewed by barangay officials
  2. Based on urgency, it is assigned to appropriate personnel
  3. You will receive notifications about status updates
  4. Officials may contact you for additional information
  5. Once resolved, the incident is marked as "Resolved"
Critical emergencies are prioritized and responded to immediately.

Account & Registration

To create an account:
  1. Click on the "Register" or "Sign Up" button on the homepage
  2. Fill in your personal information (name, email, contact number)
  3. Create a username and password
  4. Verify your email address
  5. Complete your profile information
Once registered, you can start reporting incidents and accessing barangay services.

To reset your password:
  1. Click on "Login" and then "Forgot Password"
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Check your email for a password reset link
  4. Click the link and create a new password
  5. Log in with your new password

Yes, once logged in, go to your Dashboard and click on "Profile Settings." You can update your personal information, contact details, profile picture, and change your password. Always keep your information up to date for better communication.
